Anything thats willing to tell me i dont ward enough, or i die too much, or im a baller at roaming, whatever it is sounds pretty good in my book, but i dont want bogus information. Which site can you trust more with information? op.gg, u.gg, or lolalytics?

Is it recommendable to use sites like U.GG or OP.GG to keep up with the games’ meta as a casual player?
I know they’re all go-to sites people use, but concerning data, which is more reliable? I recently downloaded u.gg aafx trading app to try out new champions easier without going opening the website everytime The thing was great but there’s a problem, they only import the highest wr buff. The tier lists and builds between the three seem radically different pretty often as well.
